Aisha Centala Counselling

Now accepting new clients

I’m a person-centred counsellor based in Baldock, Hertfordshire, offering a warm, understanding and confidential space where you can explore whatever is troubling you. Life can feel overwhelming at times — you might be struggling to understand that feeling of being stuck, suffering with an anxiety that you can’t quite explain. Sometimes it can be hard to reach out for help, worrying that your feelings aren’t “valid” .

I understand what it’s like to feel lost or disconnected and how transformative it can be to find the right counsellor — someone who truly listens and helps you make sense of what’s happening inside. Through gentle exploration and empathy, I’ll support you to gain that clarity to enable you to make positive changes and take back a sense of control in your life.

Together we can explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour to uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward a greater sense of peace, purpose and self-acceptance. Even if you’re unsure where to start or how to put things into words, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you begin to understand yourself more deeply and rediscover that sense of hope.
